During my healing journey, I explored many avenues. I found that while some methods provided temporary relief, they didn’t address the root causes of my pain. This realization prompted me to study how trauma is stored in the subconscious and how to effectively release it. I discovered powerful techniques like breathwork and energy healing that not only helped me feel better but also allowed for lasting change.
